This is a very old document I found among my husband Solomon Vecsler's papers. I think it refers to his paternal grandfather, Rezul Vecsler. It dates back to 1919 and it is a naturalization decree, that makes Rezul Vecsler a Romanian citizen. It says that he fulfills all the criteria for Romanian citizenship, according to the law regarding the granting of Romanian citizenship to foreigners: he was born in Romania, he was in the Romanian army and he had no other citizenship. According to this document, he proved all this with valid papers and he was granted Romanian citizenship by the county of Botosani.
