Letter from Alexander Bachnar's students

This is one of the letters that Mr. Bachnar got from his students from the Novaky labor camp during the Slovak National Uprising. Letter No. 2 Dear Mr. Principal, I'm very glad that I've got the opportunity to write you. You don't even know how glad I was when our teacher said that you are sending us your greetings. Thank God, I am here with almost all of our classmates. We can't somehow get used to this big city. We constantly walk the streets and look for people we know. The only good thing is that it's not going to last much longer. After all, the Russians are here already! Mr. Principal, we are still thinking about you and our schooldays. My most pleasant memories.
