Sultana Yulzari and her friends as tourists in disguise

On this picture you can see our tourist group in the 1970s. We loved traveling and having fun. In 1973 we went to see the village of Byala, where we decided to organize a carnival. I remember us shocking all the people in the village. We walked in our improvised costumes on Byala's central square and the villagers thought we were a traveling theater company. And it became even more funny. The picture has captured exactly this moment.

I don't remember anybody's names, although we were friends. Especially with the woman on my left side and the man with the cardboard top-hat. They were both from Vratsa. I remember only the name of our group leader, Dora. She is the third woman from right to left, but I already can't remember her surname. All of the people here, except for me, are Bulgarians.
